I have 25 years experience in leading creative teams, delivering large scale projects (multi-national, over 100 people, 12-24 month lifecycles) and senior account direction at creative agencies (brand, advertising, marcomms, digital) in the UK and North America.
I've been the Creative Director of a 35 person brand agency and have worked across moving image, print, digital, design, copy, events, social and experiential.
I understand complex project management and know how to look at things from the perspective of the business as a whole. I've built creative businesses from the ground up. I know how important it is to balance client handling, team development, strategy, biz dev and budgeting while keeping everything on track.
